Pick the Olives

As well as observe and pick olives from secular olive trees, know the stories behind those trees. You learn to recognize their subtle differences, and
finally you can taste the product of your work on a warm bruschetta together with a glass of wine DOC Assisi.
Includes: olive picking and all equipment necessary, guided tasting of 5 wines Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT, bruschette with our organic olive oil , a selection of typical salami of Norcia and Umbrian cheeses with jellies and jams and typical desserts from our kitchen.
