I know it’s taken a long time for me to get back to you, but I can’t tell you what a fantastic time we had on our trip to Italy. As Michael said, everything you set up, from the transfers to the tours, to the hotels, etc., worked out wonderfully and both of our families – from the 10 year old twins to the 79 year old Grandma and everyone in between – had a fabulous time. Our guides were always on time and were flexible enough to change some of their plans to accommodate things we wanted to see that were off the beaten path.
